Cooking Tips Playlist Example – Shareable Playlists From You Tube
You can organize any shareable content from YouTube on your WordPress website.
It is best to curate your own original content, but any video on YouTube can be shared. Never use TV shows, movies, or music for commercial purposes.
Example here is a collection of cooking tutorials, videos that I didn’t make, but because author allowed embedding, we can share. But do not alter video, claim as your own, and if contacted by author, all they need do is turn off sharing. See YouTube TOS Below
If anyone ever complained to you about you curating their video in one of your lists and embedding on your website by using YouTube playlist share code, they need to informed that this was what they agreed to by uploading content to YouTube.

If they don’t want us promoting their video, delete it, or tell them to disable sharing.
YouTube Standard License Agreement for Authors of Video
10.1 When you upload or post a User Submission to YouTube, you grant:
A. to YouTube, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license (with right to sub-license) to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Submission in connection with the provision of the Services and otherwise in connection with the provision of the Website and YouTube’s business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels;
B. to each user (MEANING US) of the Website, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions to the extent permitted by the functionality of the Website and under these Terms.
We don’t see how it can be any clearer, even though we are not lawyers, however when you host videos on YouTube, do not turn off sharing, you agreed to these terms. But just be careful when curating lists of content you did not create. We are teaching curating content, not encouraging anything to cause any of us copyright issues. But lawyers and copyright owners never read the TOS, but we did!
